In projects owned by orgs, rerun jobs fail if jobs access datasets

Version:

Domino 5.0.x, 5.1.x, 5.2.x

Issue:

If you attempt to rerun a successful job that accesses files within a dataset in a project that is owned by an org, the job will fail with 'file not found' errors.  Initial runs of the jobs will succeed, but reruns will fail with logging similar to the following.

2022-10-06 04:34:32 : FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/domino/datasets/local/reruns_fail/file.txt'

Root Cause:

It appears that in this scenario where projects are owned orgs. and not individual owners, the rerun process fails to properly mount datasets.

Resolution:

This issue is resolved in Domino 5.3 but in lower versions of 5.x, reruns should not be used in this scenario.  The workaround is to simply start the execution as a new job.
