How to Get Job Support Bundle Logs:
Domino support frequently requests support bundle logs from Jobs in order to review and resolve the Jobs issue.
Here are the steps on how to get them:
- Go to the Project page.
- Navigate to the Jobs dashboard after opening your project.
- Select the desired job by clicking on it.
- It will then open a new window for your desired job.
- You can now download the support bundle as requested once you are in the separate window for the desired job.
