Requirements.txt packages are not getting installed in git-based projects

Version/Environment:

Domino versions 4.4 to 5.2 with git-based projects enabled. The issue only applies to git-based projects.

Issue:

In some versions of Domino there is a bug in git-based projects where the system looks in the Artifacts folder for the requirements.txt file. Users may expect the system to look in the "Code" file within their repo, but this is not the case. 

Root Cause:

When Domino created git-based projects in beta we did not modify the way the requirements.txt file was imported. 

Resolution:

If you're having trouble getting your requirements.txt packages installed in a git-based project, please try moving it to the Artifacts folder. Note that this also applies to a project's README file. 

Notes/Information:

At this time our engineering team is aware of the issue. Fixed version is still tbd.
