We have set the option to notify users if they have left their jobs and workspace unattended . You can set it up by following Long Running Workspace: Notification. The next setting to configure the workspace to Automatically shut down.
Here are the steps to configure the workspace setting.
1. Click the account Icon at the lower left of your screen:
2. Choose Account Settings and look for Workspace Settings on the left:
3. Similar to the notification setting you would need to place a check mark on the tick box on the left after putting the desired timeframe for the workspace to auto shut down:
Again it is necessary to remember that your Admins has placed a default time frame and your changes to the settings above will only be recognized if you use a shorter time frame than your Admins
