202 Insuffucient_Scope Error message for GitLab despite following guides

I've followed the guides, including https://tickets.dominodatalab.com/hc/en-us/articles/4406388940436-Adding-a-new-Git-Repository-to-your-project-using-Personal-Access-Token-PAT-

However, the Code area in Domino, and the selection box for my repo does not appear? When I try to add/change PAT keys, I may get 202 FORBIDDEN_UPSTREAM_ACCESS

I can add the repo manually and start Workspaces despite this error. Inside a Workspace, sync works but is not reflected back to the Domino UI?

The above Scopes list from GitLabs will need read_api, write_repository (read_repository, read_registry appear unnecessary) to enable the selection box and the query.

To enable the 'Create Repository' you will need to enable api.

Alternatively, talk to your TAM/CSM/FE team if a repoman option (no-clone) can be disabled to change this behaviour.
