How to get support bundle logs of a workspace:
The workspaces have support bundle logs that Domino support requests most frequently to review and resolve the workspace issue.
Here are the steps on how to get them:
- Navigate to Project
- Launch your project and go to the workspace dashboard.
- Click on workspace history
- You will then be directed to the Session window of the workspace and will need to select the desired session.
- Once you are in the desired session, click on the Admin tab
Download logs as requested
In some deployments, only Admins have access to the Supportbundle Logs. If you need to download the logs as requested, please contact your Domino administrators.
