If you are seeing a "Corrupted .pack file" error message when trying to install the CLI, please check your version of Java.
The CLI requires is a 32-bit java and you likely only have the 64-bit java installed. You will need to install a 32-bit version for the install to succeed. You can find a 32 bit version at this link https://www.java.com/en/download/manual.jsp. Download the Windows Offline version.
If you are still seeing the error after downloading the alternate version of java, please check for a file that was created during your previous installation attempt. Then, try to do a fresh CLI install.
