There are instances when you publish an APP, it will error out and you are left with but one choice- reaching out to support for help.
Most of the time, the Support representative will ask you for the the error message you are getting or the App Logs. This article will show you how to get your APP LOGS.
A. For Domino Version 3.x- 4.4
Step 1: Go to your App and click on " Execution Details"
Step 2: A new window on the right will show up, which contains the tabs Logs, Details and Usage. By default, logs will be showing as seen below:
Step 3: Grab a screenshot of the logs and send it via your Support ticket.
B. For Domino Version 4.5 and above
Step 1: Go to your App and click on " Execution Details"
Step 2: On the right side you can click on the link for the "Support Bundle" as seen with the encircled item below:
Step 3: Download the Support Bundle and send it as requested.
