If your deployment is managed by Domino we should be able to help fix the issue. If you have a customer-managed deployment (on-prem, etc.), your local IT team will need to investigate network routing on the build node and perhaps launch a new one. In almost all cases, this is not an error that users will be able to resolve on their own.
