If you or a user see this error after trying to log in, a setting that is enabled by default setting may have gotten switched off.
To fix this issue, log into the Keycloak UI, click on the "Clients" tab on the left side of the screen, select the domino-play (or whatever it may have been renamed to), and ensure that the "Enabled" toggle is switched to "ON".
