Depending on your deployment Domino Support can or can not help you out with this issue. If this is a Domino Managed Deployment submitting a support ticket will be the correct action. If your deployment is not Domino managed you will need to contact your local Administrator to help with credentials-related issues.
Try the following options before submitting a support ticket, not necessarily in this order.
- Clear your browser cache
- Try your browser in incognito mode
- Try a different browser
- Have a workmate login on your computer to make sure it is not only related to your workstation
- Is the issue only affecting you or are mode people experiencing the same issue?
