General information
When a Job or Workspace fails to execute for some reason support will always request that logs be attached to the support ticket. This might also help the user resolve whatever the issue is by themselves. The logs come as something called a Support Bundle. Please attach or view these logs to help investigate your issue.
Find logs
Domino Version ≤ 4.3.3
Workspaces
Open your Project -> Workspaces -> Failed Workspace -> On the right-hand side Collapse Setup Output and User Output. You will see Support Bundle as a ZIP file at the bottom.
Jobs
Open your Project -> Jobs -> Failed Job -> On the right-hand side Collapse Setup Output and User Output. You will see Support Bundle as a ZIP file at the bottom.

Open your Project -> Workspaces -> Failed Workspace -> History -> Click Date of interest -> Admin -> You will see Support Bundle as a ZIP file
Jobs
Open your Project -> Jobs -> Failed Job -> On the right-hand side Collapse Setup Output and User Output. You will see Support Bundle as a ZIP file at the bottom.
