If you have a file you want to share with the Domino team, such as a large log file, what's the best way to do so? This comes up frequently, so here are the primarily options we recommend, starting with the simplest and most commonly used:
- Simply attach the file to an email to support@dominodatalab.com, which will save them securely in our user ticketing system on our end. Please do not attach any files with proprietary or sensitive information.
- Smaller files can be shared by pasting the text into a privatebin file. Please let the support person you are working with know if you'd like to use this method.
- Large files can uploaded to an S3 bucket -- either one that you set up or that Domino has set up, as long as our team can access it.
- Another option is to share the files with us via Keybase. Please let the support person you are working with know if you'd like to use this method.
