If you have signed up for an account on our support site (https://tickets.dominodatalab.com), you will need to verify your email address before you can log in.
You can verify your account by clicking on the "Confirm My Account" link provided in the automated message sent to the email address you entered during registration (subject="Verify your email"). After registering, check the inbox for the email account that you signed up with for an email from support@dominodatalab.com with subject line "Verify your email" (it may take up to 5 minutes to receive this message). If you didn't receive such a message, you can reach out to support@dominodatalab.com for assistance.

Once you have registered and signed in to the Support site, you will be able to submit tickets and see past tickets in our system. FYI, you can also submit tickets without registering, but will not be able to view your ticket history.
On the same site (https://tickets.dominodatalab.com), you will also be able to access our Knowledge Base. Once again, we recommend registering so you can take full advantage of this tool. It is usable to anonymous/non-registered users, but the scope of searches for registered users is greater (it includes a user's ticket history and other features).
