How to fully rebuild a custom environment and eliminate a cached package or dependency issue from a previous failed build version

Problem:

There are instances in which just rebuilding a custom environment fails without any logs or other useful data because of cache problems that occurred during the last build version.

Solution:

When rebuilding the custom environment with cached package or dependency error we can try following the steps below to fully rebuild the environment and make sure there is no cached from previous build version.

1. Access the Domino deployment

2. Go to "Environments Tab"

3. Look for your own personal custom environment and double-check that it is yours or the one you are working on.

4. Go to "Edit Definition"

5. Before rebuilding the custom environment, select "Full rebuild without cache" and then press "build."
