Domino Datasets: Feature request to be able to mount datasets to Model APIs

Issue:

It is currently not possible to mount a dataset to a Model API.

Root Cause:

Datasets are integrated in almost all execution workflows. This includes: Workspaces, Jobs, Scheduled Jobs, Launchers, and Apps. However, datasets are not available in Model APIs. 

Resolution:

We have a feature request to support Datasets with Model APIs. For reference: DOM-26073
