Issue/Scenario:
Unable to push to Bitbucket because of failure in authenticating to Enterprise Jira.
Resolution:
This error/exception is generated because the push request fails on a hook for the user. These hooks are usually enforced to run some tests before the commits are pushed to the remote as part of org policies. This happens if Bitbucket cannot authenticate the user in Jira, causing the application to fail and Bitbucket receives an error that the hook is declined.
It suggests some disengagement with your bitbucket and jira accounts and usually happens if a stale consumer key is being used, for a remedy it would be best to confer this with the Org's internal IT team as this does not pertain to Domino.
