Apps: Feature request to automatically shut down apps

This issue affects all versions.

Issue:

Long-running workspaces can be automatically shutdown as described in these docs: 

• User Guide to Configuring long-running workspaces
• Admin Guide to Long-running workspaces

However, this same functionality is not available for apps. There is not currently a way to automatically shut down apps after a specified period of time. 

Root Cause:

The option to automatically shut down is not currently available for apps.

Workaround:

You can turn off apps with a scheduled job and the domino-python wrapper as described in this article: How can I set up my Dash or Shiny application as a scheduled run in Domino?

Notes/Information:

We currently have a feature request for the option to apply auto-shutdown to apps. For reference: DOM-42686.
